SCHWINDELFREI PARTY

Als hochbetagte, demente Dame wurde Frau Sammer 2016 in Graz an der Mur geboren. Es geht um alltägliche Nachbarschaftskonflikte, Hipster-Kulte und natürlich auch um Liebe. Mit Synthie-Sounds, E‑Bass, zwei Stimmen, Rap und assi-sakralen Hymnen – man könnte das Genre circa als Post-Spam-Pop bezeichnen – zeigen sich die vier Sammers schrill und still, virtuos und virtuell, amateurinnenhaft und absolut professionell.

Im Anschluss an das Konzert wollen wir ein rauschendes Fest mit queerer Performance-Kunst und DJs feiern. Lasst uns gemeinsam durch die Nacht..

Frau Sammer was born a lady, demented and well advanced in years in Graz. She deals with everyday neighbourhood conflicts, hipster-cult and love, obviously. With synthie sounds, E-Bass, two voices, rap and anti-social sacral hymns - in a genre somewhat like Post-Spam-Pop - the four Sammer members present themselves in-your-face but quiet, virtuosic and virtual, amateurish and highly professional. 

A glittering party with queer performance art and DJs will follow the concert. Let´s dance through the night.

Every two years, the theatre festival Schwindelfrei presents current artistic approaches and forms of expression arising out of the regional independent art scene.

The theatre festival Schwindelfrei is a project by the Cultural Office of the City of Mannheim (Kulturamt).
