ATW (applied theatre sciences) is considered to be the Enfant terrible among the german schools of theatre – a school one or another director is scared of; because there theatre has never been related to acting and the production of drama but has been determined as a place without boundaries which offers space for cross media experiments. And because zeitraumexit has a similar perception of they regularly feature “Wilsonstraße”. With the youngest oeuvres of the of the institute it is offering the real “Gießen feeling” awarded the Heiner-Goebbels seal of approval for post dramatic theatre. Once again the institute is putting together a programme packet consisting of the best and most remarkable works of the students this year. The semester is still going on and so are the rehearsals and presentations. We are already looking forward to two full days of Wilsonstraße and are going to publish the programme on our website soon.
