Whereas other competitive e-sports exclusively feature male teams, Counter Strike offers a stage and money to young women playing male avatars, who are trying to kill their opponents. The game is regularly associated with school shootings and killing sprees. The video installation collages moving portraits of fierce opponents in existential game situations. It is carried by a cloud of sound interweaving the hours-long team-speak of the players.
